Madonna returns as the front woman in Dolce&Gabbana Beauty’s latest campaign for The One, marking a bold new chapter for one of modern perfumery’s most recognizable fragrance families. The partnership builds on a creative relationship between the Italian luxury house and the seven-time Grammy-winning star that spans more than three decades, from the house’s iconic 2010 black-and-white campaign—photographed by Steven Klein and steeped in Italian nostalgia—to Spring–Summer 2025, when Madonna’s influence reemerged on the Dolce&Gabbana runway at Milan Fashion Week through subtle design references woven throughout the collection.

Now celebrating two decades of The One, the new campaign, starring Madonna next to actor Alberto Guerra, expands beyond still imagery into a cinematic short film that captures the tension between reinvention and tradition. The launch introduces two new fragrances—The One Eau de Parfum Intense and The One for Men Parfum—alongside a reformulation of The One for Men Eau de Parfum.

The One Eau de Parfum Intense, created by perfumer Quentin Bisch, is a richer ambery-floral reinterpretation of the original. It opens with pink pepper, mandarin, and blackcurrant before unfolding into a luminous jasmine heart and a warm, creamy vanilla-amber base. The scent is housed in an amber-gold glass bottle, signaling a more intense evolution of the iconic signature.

The One for Men Parfum, crafted by Jean-Christophe Hérault, offers a deeper ambery-spicy expression. Notes of black pepper, nutmeg, and tarocco orange lead into a woody-aromatic heart of labdanum, patchouli, and clary sage, settling into a smoky base of tobacco, vetiver, and warm amber. The fragrance arrives in a semi-lacquered amber-toned bottle finished with a glossy black cap.

Completing the trio, the reformulated The One for Men Eau de Parfum, created by Christine Nagel, balances warmth with refined florals. Bright mandarin, bergamot, lychee, and white peach give way to a classic floral heart of rose, lily of the valley, and jasmine, grounded by a sensual base of vanilla, amber, and soft musks. The scent is presented in a transparent glass bottle showcasing its signature golden hue, topped with an elegant gold cap.
