Marcelo Burlon’s Foundation partners with C2C to create an intimate music festival

Marcelo Burlon created the Fondazione, a charity organization which is in collaboration with C2C, the music festival that will be streamed on dice.fm.

Marcelo Burlon, the creative mastermind behind Milan-based eponym fashion label and the organizer of events for brands like Gucci, Alexander McQueen and Raf Simons, just launched Fondazione Marcelo Burlon.

The private non-profit organization is focusing on the protection and support of human, civil and political rights and is supporting cultural and gender minorities. In addition to all of these causes, his center focal point is to provide educational initiatives as a solution.

The premiere cross-cultural multi-disciplinary experience created by the Foundation is a collaboration with C2C Festival.

Last event which took place on July 25th, 2021, in Burlon’s private villa in Ibiza welcomed numerous famous special guests who could move across art installations to capture unique personal experiences of live music and performances curated by talented artists.

This interactive and immersive evening has been filmed by each guest with a camera recorder that has been given by Burlon at everyone’s arrival. All video footage have been gathered and mastered into a full cinematic experience by London-based digital AV mastermind and long-term Aphex Twim collaborator, Weirdcore.

The most awaited event is the one coming. September 27th will mark the unveiling of this special film project.

The festival can be viewed from the 27th onward by anybody donating a sum, and all donations made will go to support one of the Foundation’s cause: the transgender refuge, Casa Marcella.
