In celebration of the recent announcement of their collaborative capsule, Marni and No Vacancy Inn hosted a pre-launch party last night in Los Angeles. No Vacancy Inn is a far-stretching creative group that in addition to their fashion line, creates music and hosts nightlife events; their extensive creative energy is a charming match with exuberant Italian fashion house, Marni. Encapsulating both label’s love for joyous color and striking graphics, the collection was born out of Marni Jam, a program that allows Creative Director of Marni, Francesco Riso, to collaborate with other creative groups.

As festival season kicks off this weekend with week one of Coachella, the offering from Marni and No Vacancy Inn is a shoe-in to fit right into your summer concert wardrobe; featuring technicolor knitwear, patchworked jackets, and pastel-hued raffia mules. The collection’s appeal to the masses was evidenced on the bodies of the guests in attendance last night, sporting the colorful concoctions that were a perfect fit for the nightlife scene of LA.

With a slew of celebs donning the collection, Marni and No Vacancy Inn hosted the pre-launch celebration at the Marni Boutique on Melrose as a gathering of creatives from musicians to fashion-philes to athletes. With performances by The Yussef Dayes Experience and No Vacancy Inn themselves, guests included other musicians like Teyana Taylor, Channel Tres, Kilo Kish, and Empress Of, as well as athletes from pro-skateboarder Dashawn Jordan to Washington Commanders linebacker Milo Eifler. Other notable multi-hyphenate creatives in attendance included designer and artist Nick Holiday, photographer Davis Bates, and model Salem Mitchell.
