Much to the delight of music fans everywhere, Megan Thee Stallion and Dua Lipa have teamed up for a high-octane, sexy new single ‘Sweetest Pie.’ The two stars have been making major headlines over the past couple of years, so it was only natural that their musical paths cross. And they surely did not disappoint.

Infusing Dua’s catchy lyricism and Megan’s confident flow, the single merges dancehall beats with cool, understated hip hop influences. And with lyrics like ‘“This the ride of your life, hold on ’cause, baby, I might just give you a bite of the sweetest pie,’ the track is sure to be a Spring and Summertime hit.

The main star of the anticipated drop was the pair’s fantastical music video. Directed by Dave Meyers and conceptualized by Megan herself, the video sees the pair navigate Hansel and Gretel-inspired scenery—of course, with gold statutes of butts and sprawling metallic flora to boast. The ‘Physical’ songstress and ‘Savage’ rapper can be seen throughout the video dancing in bejeweled Vivienne Westwood Couture corsets and gallivanting in a fantasy-filled woodland backdrop.

Along with impressive visuals, the duo’s sartorial choices also made a big splash. Sculptural Schiaparelli gowns were a welcomed addition to the elaborate backdrop while slinky Mugler catsuits offered ease for both to dance in.
