Last weekend, journalists and general culture enthusiasts gathered for the 33rd International Festival of Fashion, Photography, and Fashion Accessories in Hyères, France. Dedicated to the celebration of emerging talents, the annual event, hosted upon some of southern Europe's most idyllic landscapes, showcases the work of 30 noteworthy creatives representing various countries across the globe. Since 2012, Mercedes-Benz has supported the fashion engagement through presenting "The Shortlisted", showcasing designers from the RTW fashion category, in addition to "The Formers", presenting winners from previous years, notably 2017's Vanessa Schindler.

The winning team of the Grand Prize this year was Rushemy Botter & Lisi Herrebrugh, representing the Netherlands. Both the winner of the Grand Prize and the Chloe Prize are entered for the show slot in Berlin as part of the Mercedes-Benz International Designer Exchange Program. The winner of said slot is yet to be announced.

The relatively iconic villa Noailles becomes a meeting ground each year for the festival, displaying the work of various contenders. as well as workshops and art from previous years.
