It’s the changing of the seasons with Missoni’s Pre-Fall 2022 Collection. Signifying a transitional wardrobe, the latest collection from the Italian luxury fashion house amplifies the importance of style and comfort as you head from one moment in time to another. 

Packed with everything we’ve always loved about Missoni, new silhouettes and stylings make up the collection, bringing about a search for essentiality, which has always been a strong heritage of the brand. The collection holds a modern feel, while still being consistent with Missoni’s classical look.  

Creative Director Alberto Caliri composes a collection of concrete femininity, featuring various versatile pieces throughout the collection. From knitted coats, cozy cardigans and cropped bombers, the different silhouettes show true craftsmanship.

Jacquard sweaters with metallic textures and laminated jeans with glossy finishes exemplifies the playful textures explored next to the soft cashmeres and knits of the collection. 

Rich earth tones and bold pops of color compose the color palette of the garments, allowing hues of nature to evoke a closeness with the environment. Terracottas, teals, bright reds and greens combine together in Missoni’s beloved chevrons and prints. 

Footwear also has its moment within the collection in a series of various styles including open back and slingback sandals with a pointed toe in a myriad of textiles including suede, leather and animal prints. 

Stand out pieces of the collection include a playful mid-length dress shining brightly with a glittering knit, almost transparent, providing a peek of undergarments. The material is also offered in a skirt and top as well.

Outerwear comes in options such as floor-length knitted cardigans and oversized denim jackets with knitted motifs. 

To top it off, it’s not Missoni without a chevron. Matching sets exemplify the best of the best of Missoni’s iconic patterns.

Overall, the collection blends a cool Milanese elegance with a swanky and trendy 90’s New York City vibe, transcending the ideas of time and style.
