Miu Miu creates a nostalgic ease, getting lost playing ‘house’ in the forest for the L’Eté 2025 campaign. In the overgrown leafy garden, scattered with antique chairs and vintage furnishings, the Miu Miu girl takes refuge in a home away from home—like one of adolescent make-believe.

The entire collection reflects the childish tone and magical carelessness of youth. Oversized footless stockings with unusually matching slip-on wooden clogs, the product of untroubled routine. Prim tailored ensembles of cotton poplin, pleated suede knee-length skirts, white sundresses, and girl-ish Mary Janes, each blanketed with thrown-on jackets. 

Each outfit is un-telling of the wearer’s activities, with all-encompassing aspects—dressy, casual, sporty, and classic—imaginative of where the Miu Miu girl could possibly be going, what she could be doing.

Behind the camera, artist Siân Davey applies her award-winning vision to fashion, capturing a radiant ensemble in front. American Actress Diana Silvers poses in an intimate grey panty set, layered with golden chain belts, while Canadian actress Callina Liang sports a mix-and-match sneaker carrying a tassled woven bag. For summer ‘25, the styling is bespoke; each girl is suited to her own identity.
