When Lebanese designer, Eli Mizrahi, launched Mônot in 2019, he had a vision of modernity in both design and longevity. With bi-annual collection releases that focus on wardrobe building rather than quickly disposed, trend-oriented pieces, Mônot has gained a close following for its timeless and powerfully feminine designs.
In celebration of Mizrahi’s recent win of Emerging Brand of the Year at the Daily Front Row Awards, Mônot hosted an intimate dinner party in the penthouse suite of the Chateau Marmont in LA. The event was chock-full of A-listers, including Demi Lovato, Teyana Taylor, Normani, Elsa Hosk, Ciara, and Natasha Lyonne, all of whom were donning some of the label’s most iconic designs.
Held under string lights on the roof of the legendary Los Angeles hotel, the event was defined by a black and white color palette. From the looks that the guests wore to the design of the event itself, the high contrasting and timeless pairing of black and white speaks to the minimalistic and sharply silhouetted design language that Mizrahi has established in the four years since Mônot was born.
