Never Have I Ever is Back for It’s Final Season
The trailer picks up where we last left off – Devi’s “One Free Boink” coupon and all
Three years and four seasons later, Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher’s coming-of-age dramedy Never Have I Ever is coming to a close – but not without one final season full of high-school hijinks, love triangles, and all of the trials and tribulations that come with being a teenager. On Thursday, Netflix released the highly anticipated season four trailer, along with the premiere date: June 8th.
The trailer picks up where we last left off – Devi’s “One Free Boink” coupon and all – ushering Devi and her gang into what they hope to be an as-close-to-perfect senior year as possible. With Paxton (played by Darren Barnet, who V caught up with back in 2021) away at college, it seems the “ivy league chasing horn dog” – as described by the familiar voice of tennis legend John McEnroe – may have a new boy in the picture – which may be for the best. Alongside her best friends Fabiola and Eleanor, season four seems to be promising all the quintessential senior year of high school things: prom, college decisions, and graduation.
While we’ve grown to know and root for Devi and her friends, it seems that per usual Never Have I Ever fashion, some surprises are in order and some twists are to be expected. We just hope they all have an interesting senior year.
