Nicki Minaj has already paved an entirely new path for female artists in hip-hop, and now, the path-forging rap star continues to make history as the wealthiest female rapper to ever live, surpassing a net worth of $100 million. 

Young Money, Minaj’s record label, broke the news via Twitter with a portrait of the revolutionary artist and a caption celebrating her incredible milestone. Minaj has yet to comment on her extraordinary feat, but as her plethora of musical success continues to pile, the “Barbie Tingz” vocalist’s future looks more surreal than ever. Although she announced her retirement from music back in September, Minaj later dropped a feature on PnB Rock’s “FENDI” and released her own track “Yikes” earlier this year. With the recent news, The Barbz can surely expect a few more hits from the leading songstress.
