After a long day at the office, all you want at the end of the day is a little eye candy to distract you from your work woes. Thankfully, Gucci knows a thing or two about looking good.

For Gucci’s latest eyewear collection for the Fall Winter 2024 season, V highlights the modern yet classic flair of the new eyewear pieces, captured here for the pages of our V151 Winter 2024 issue. Shining a light on its incomparable design, the House blends the sophistication of its eyewear with intricate craftsmanship. The materials used in the new lineup offer true variety for those who love to switch up their look—going from work to play in an instant. The frames feature a range of classic and vivid hues with shiny, matte, and transparent finishes to accentuate the oversized nature of the glasses’ shapes and sleek profiles. With decorative design elements that pay homage to Gucci’s tried-and-true heritage symbols, it’s the little details that really help set the frames apart.

Emblematic touches include the Gucci script in a luminous gold and silver finish with a new embossed and lacquered version. The Interlocking G logo adorns the sides of select frames, whether in a see-through element, or a metal plaque embedded in the temple. The frames’ construction, done in a ‘90s-inspired way, is enhanced by the glowing GG Monogram in enamel and crystals, while sport-inspired designs are crafted with functional rubber temples that match the lens color.

The collection also includes a limited edition of specially numbered models crafted from ReAce, a 100% recycled material sourced from pre-consumer acetate scraps. The result makes each frame one-on-one with a unique pattern created through a mix of shavings in vibrant hues that are molded into thick constructions.
