No Sesso SS20 to the Rescue!

Go backstage at the groundbreaker’s SS20 show, starring a fictional vixen named Valentina.

Having made history as the first transgender designer to show at New York Fashion Week, No Sesso’s Pierre Davis returned to Gotham for SS20, once again rescuing its people from monotony and status-quo-ism. This time, Davis and creative partner Arin Hayes had a sidekick: a fictional vixen named Valentina, the thematic basis for the collection.

Harnessing the power of sci-fi escapism, No Sesso SS20 goes full-tilt on color and flamboyance. Recalling the brand’s L.A. roots, white denim pops with airbrushed, boardwalk-style pigment. Meanwhile, exuberant utility—tees and jumpers—flows into high-femme evening-wear. Because not all superheroes wear capes, and some wear rhinestoned stilettos.
