Noah Cyrus Goes Deep with “Lonely” Music Video
The confessional ballad features choir members from the Los Angeles LGBTQ center.
Following the release of her hit summer single “July,” 19-year old Noah Cyrus continues to remind the world she’s a budding force in the music industry with the debut music video of her latest release “Lonely.” Co-directed by Symone Ridgell and Cyrus herself, the divulging ballad delivers a powerful video partnered with choir members from the Los Angeles LGBTQ Center’s music program creating an atmosphere of emotionally raw visuals drawing on human isolation.
“‘Lonely’ came to me during a really dark time in my life and is about self struggle and feeling out of place. But the amazing thing is that it put me on the path to getting help and I hope it does the same for my fans who need it” said Cyrus.
While the young singer-songwriter promises more new music (and even a tour) to look forward to in the new year, Cyrus leaves fans on the edge of their seats with a moving new video that foreshadows only what’s to come, and she’s just getting started. Check out the music video below–
