To celebrate Frieze Los Angeles, Oliver Peoples teamed up with artist Tasya van Ree to host an invitation-only photography exhibit and cocktail party at L’Éclaireur, an art and design concept store in West Hollywood. The exhibit drew inspiration from Oliver Peoples latest icon and first namesake frame of the brand – The Oliver and Oliver Sun. Channeling the 60’s and the undeniable charm of Southern California, the Oliver and Oliver Sun have been updated with Oliver Peoples details, instantly creating a new classic. The statement frame is offered in various colors and two sizes.

The event had drinks from Yola Mezcal, Peroni, Mionetto and Our/Los Angeles Vodka, along with music by J Mia Moretti. Some of the guests included  Giampiero Tagliaferri (Oliver Peoples Creative Director), Rocco Basilico (Oliver Peoples CEO), Brandon Boyd, Caroline Vreeland, Marc Ange, Eva Doležalová and Emmanuelle Pickett.

“I’ve always envisioned building an LA based creative collective around Oliver Peoples. Tasya has been a friend of the brand for many years and was part of our 2018 campaign. Her magnetic creative energy and embodiment of the Oliver Peoples values made her a natural fit for this project,” said Giampiero Tagliaferri, the Creative Director for Oliver Peoples.
