Pinpointing the moments during the night when nature awakens with faint nocturnal noises, Palm Angels presents – for the first time – a collection of High Jewelry. Conceptualized by Francesco Ragazzi in collaboration with Duffy, the eclectic debut consists of self-sustaining contrasts told through a one-off outstanding array of four pieces. Born from their mutual love of the art of fine jewelry, the truly genuine collaboration allowed both creatives to establish their personal mark: Francesco pushed Duffy into a specific world of symbols and colors, while Duffy, in turn, championed the use of mixed precious metals and excellently crafted each of the four pieces in his atelier in London.

“Creating a collection of High Jewelry is a dream come true. I have always been fascinated by the art of jewelry, especially the oldest one, where expert hands translated in singular precious objects their knowledge of ancient symbols. Every piece told a story that in the tradition of the sixteenth through eighteenth-century, was related to the ‘memento mori’ as a reminder to the transience of life.Together with Duffy, we wanted to especially interpret this feature, and I believe that the result is extraordinary,” affirms Francesco Ragazzi, Founder and Creative Director of Palm Angels.

A hymn to the beauty of opposites – attracting, the Palm Angels High Jewelry collection voices the antithesis between the day and the night, the light and the dark, and a culture steeped in elements that live in reality but also dreams. Every piece of the debut is handcrafted and has a name that refers to rhetorical figures and antithetical poles that tell us a story about myths and beliefs.
