PANGAIA Drops “Botanicals 2.0” In New Eco-Friendly Colorways

With sustainability and the health of our planet in mind.

Hail all sustainability aficionados — the ethical company that combines material science and research with design and aesthetics of fashion is back with another eco-friendly launch. PANGAIA has announced the expansion of its bestselling Botanical Dye collection of tracksuits and T-shirts: Botanicals 2.0.

The range will be available in five vibrant hues including ‘Rubia Mauve,’ ‘Rubia Red,’ ‘Nimbus Pink,’ ‘Nimbus Purple’ and ‘Leafy Green.’ The colors are derived from a natural dye that has been sustainably sourced from food waste, plants, fruits and vegetables. As for the technique, the sustainability-focused label uses a low-water garment-dyeing method, which is a non-toxic process that lessens the amount of harsh chemicals and colorants that typically discharge into the ocean. All the natural dyes are extracted from renewable resources “avoid the use of petrochemicals and synthetic, chemical dyes,” helping maintain the environment for future generations.

The new Botanicals 2.0 collection is scheduled to drop online today, May 5 at 1 p.m. EST.
