PANGAIA Unveils Their Stretch Collection
The stretch now comes in sustainable fashion
PANGAIA has always strived for creating clothing and collections that are user and fashion-friendly while maintaining a level of environmental consciousness. That mission continues on into their new line-up of everyday basics that are great for exercise, WFH, or pieces to pair with several outfit combinations.
The Stretch Collection is made of a virgin elastane alternative called Roica V550 that degrades faster than regular spandex. This represents a major move toward more eco-friendly athleisure, where spandex usually dominates the market despite its non-biodegradable nature.
The collection features three second-skin silhouettes — bike shorts, leggings, and turtleneck tee, which offer a relative range of comfort and flexibility (literal and outfit-wise). The pieces come in solid colors ranging from cobalt blue, flamingo pink, and saffron yellow, to sand, orchid purple, and navy blue. The genderless line-up is optimal for donning as standalone athleisure (great for a run or the airport), or as mix-and-match pieces that fit with most combinations of outfits.
The entire collection is available on PANGAIA’s website, ranging from $65 to $95.
