The question of how PND would follow up his previous projects, hailed as classics, was at the forefront of listeners’ minds everywhere. Evidently, the A-list rapper took a three-year retreat to respond to this question himself. His creativity was seen in glimpses over his solo-career hiatus — releasing occasional songs with no context or appearing on features every once and while. It was visible that PARTYNEXTDOOR was not seeking the spotlight… yet. Today, however, PARTYMOBILE  drives the A-list rapper back into the public eye. PARTYNEXTDOOR welcomes his audience to PARTYMOBILE with the song “Nothing Less.” A slow introduction, opposite of what’s still to come. Also familiar with vocal-hiatuses, Rihanna. If you think the return of PND and RiRi is too good to be true, you better “Believe It.” Their powerful voices flow together on the 10th track. “The flow is yours/The time is ours.” Rihanna carries the hook. “That’s when you believe it,” she hums. Delivering the second verse in her textured voice, “That’s when you believe it/Believe you want to see me.”
