This week, Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons unveiled their Spring/Summer 2026 collection for Prada, a show that buzzed on the runway and off. The runway offered double-pocketed shirting reimagined with Prada’s signature minimalism, sheer skirts that floated with ease, and deep-V knits that plunged as low as possible. Among the crowd was Tanya Ravichandran, who was attending her second show for the brand. Alongside watching the show Ravichandran gave us at V, an exclusive look into the behind the scenes.

“Ahhhh my second Prada show and my first time getting a physical invite to a show! I unboxed the invite before even opening the garment bag of clothes. Will cherish this forever :’)”

“The accessories! The shoes draw on a centuries-old Indian craft, where the raw edges of leather are bound together, a technique parallel to traditional jutti shoemaking. As a South Asian woman, I was intrigued to see these in person and even more excited to wear them to the show.”

“Shoes!”

“A few Polaroids”

“Met up with my friend Stella to head to the show for our second season together!!!“

“Arrived at my seat!”

“The entire ground was the most glossy, pristine, color of orange.”

“Down to the rows of seats, every detail covered in orange, a beautiful compliment to the FW25 looks everyone was wearing which was tons of color blocking, classic Prada.”

“One of my favorite looks! Reminds of the square necklines you see in Prada SS07. With the classic crystal embellishment you see throughout the years.”

“My favorite look! The epaulettes, the front pockets, and layered gloves are reminiscent of Raf Simons with the gorgeous Miuccia Prada touches like the uniform focus and unexpected layering.”

“Ciao! Until next season! Can’t wait to see what Miuccia & Raf reference in their future collections <3”
