Adorned in gemstones, actors Maya Hawke and Kim Tae-Ri appear alongside poet and activist Amanda Gorman in Prada’s Fine Jewelry Couleur Vivante Campaign. Stones such as amethyst, aquamarine, and pink morganite gleam, with each piece chosen meticulously for its chromatic value. Shot by David Sims, the campaign captures Hawk, Tae-Ri, and Gorman in monochrome portraits that contrast against pastel backdrops.

Classic designs such as the drop earring, solitaire ring, line bracelet, and rivière necklace are reinvigorated with vibrant color and surprising combinations. The gemstones’ true hues stand out against the monochrome portraits and abstracted backdrops, contributing a sense of hyperreality to the images. Prada’s first fine jewelry collection was released in 2022 with Gorman and Hawke also starring in the inaugural “Eternal Gold” campaign, further solidifying Couleur Vivante as a natural continuation.

The made-to-order line will be available in October, and each customer will be given access to images that show the gemstones’ transformation from rough to cut and polished. Each piece will also receive a grading certificate from a leading independent gemological laboratory, providing additional peace of mind for purchasers and information on the stones’ history.
