Rebecca Black Releases Sexy New Single, “Worth It For The Feeling”

Our exclusive photos capture the budding pop star behind the scenes of her newest music video.

It’s Friday and you know what that means: Rebecca Black has something to sing about.

The 2010s pop culture icon drops her latest single, “Worth It For The Feeling” today, enhanced by sultry lyrics and a sensual grown up image. Adorned in a red bodysuit and fishnets, the 23 year old songstress delivers a sultry tune of reunited former lovers. It’s a classic tale of listening to your heart instead of your head. Been there, done that. But haven’t we all?

For this latest track’s music video, Black joins forces with Weston Allen, a frequent collaborator and director of her other music videos including her recent “Friday (Remix)” featuring 3OH!3. Black is captured at an alcohol-littered poker table, her face taking center stage on the queen of hearts. As she deals cards to her fellow living love dolls, Black croons that it “might not look the same ’cause now we’re both a little different, had to find ourselves so we could find out what was missing”. This single follows her other recent releases, “Girlfriend” and “Personal”, both of which explore a more adult side of the singer-songwriter.

“It’s been important to me to create as much of a distinct world/era for each single on my upcoming project as I can,” Rebecca says, explaining how she has used this year to reintroduce herself as an artist after coming to fame as a 13 year old in a viral music video. “It’s so fun for me to play sexy in a more unconventional and unusual way and I want to keep challenging myself to disrupt the idea that people might have of the direction I am going in next. In every project we have approached together thus far, Weston Allen seems to always be challenging that in the same way which makes working together that much more exciting to me.”
