RIIZE Releases ‘II’, a Soundtrack for Dancing Through Self-Discovery

Are you ready to “Do your dance”?
The six-member K-pop group has released its second mini album, II, alongside the music video for its title track, “Do your dance,” offering a new glimpse into where RIIZE stands today. Now in its fourth year, the group continues to build on the philosophy embedded in its name, “Rise & Realize,” while embracing a new perspective that shapes the project’s core message: growth happens through movement.

Throughout II, RIIZE explores the idea of trusting instinct over perfection. The album embraces uncertainty, encouraging listeners to let go of overthinking and discover themselves through experience. Driven by infectious hooks and dynamic choreography, “Do your dance” highlights RIIZE’s signature performance style while delivering a message of self-acceptance. Encouraging listeners to embrace spontaneity and move with confidence, the track serves as a reminder that enjoyment doesn’t require perfection, a theme that sits at the heart of both the song and the group’s latest chapter.

That energy extends into the accompanying music video. Directed by longtime collaborator Jinuya, the visual highlights the group’s versatility through intricate formations, powerful dance breaks, and charismatic performances. This release arrives at a significant period of momentum for RIIZE. Their first full-length album, ODYSSEY, became the group’s third consecutive million-selling release, further cementing their status as one of K-pop’s fastest-rising acts. Similarly, earlier this year they expanded their global presence by becoming the first K-pop boy group to perform at Lollapalooza festivals across South America.
