In a continuation of RIMOWA’s exploration into purposeful travel and skillfully durable hardware, the German brand’s latest campaign introduces three stars’ reflections on the impressions worldwide travel has left on them. Featuring K-pop star Rosé, Formula One driver SIr Lewis Hamilton, and Mando-pop singer Jay Chou, the campaign comes as the fifth installment of the Never Still series, examining the ways in which travel molds mindsets and influences personal growth.

Multi-talented singer, songwriter, and producer, Jay Chou, reflects on the ways in which travel has enriched not only his creative curiosities, but personal ones as well. “Every journey helps me see the world in a new way,” he says in the campaign. It’s a chance to shape who I am and what I create. That’s why I keep going. I know I’ll come back a little wiser.”

Seven-time Formula One World Champion, Lewis Hamilton, on the other hand, demonstrates the adaptability gained from navigating new terrains. Having traveled the globe for years, the famed race car driver recognizes that fact as a privilege and manifests his experience into a sort of quiet resilience gained by crossing uncharted territory. “It’s very much about reinventing, taking yourself out of comfortable positions and challenging yourself,” he says. “Just always moving forwards, one foot in front of the other.”

Global superstar Rosé takes a more introspective position in Never Still, meditating on how travel shapes her sense of self and her understanding of the world. She echoes a sentiment sufferers of the travel bug have raised time and time again: “Traveling the world only makes me realise just how much more there is to explore.”

For the campaign, the three stars don RIMOWA’s iconic aluminum suitcases in a celebration of movement made possible by crafted durability. Each piece carries the marks of adventure — subtle dents, worn stickers, gentle scuffs  — and the intimate totems of each user’s inner life. Jay Chou’s RIMOWA displays a tennis sticker, a hint to his favorite sports, while Rosé’s sticker serves as tribute to her new album. Lewis Hamilton shows off his Roscoe sticker, a touching ode to his beloved bulldog. With each sticker standing as an emblem of places they’ve been, passions that continue to shape them, a more intimate portrait of each star is painted under the Never Still campaign.
