Role Model Announces New Album, ‘Chuck Timely & The Hourglass’

The first single, “High Hopes 3000,” is out on June 3
Role Model fans, rejoice! Tucker Pillsbury has officially announced his third album, Chuck Timely & The Hourglass, arriving August 7.
The artist has been teasing the new era for weeks on social media and recently renamed his “Saint Laurent Cowboy” Instagram and TikTok accounts to match his new persona, Chuck Timely.
Since the release of his 2024 album Kansas Anymore, Pillsbury has joined Gracie Abrams on the road and headlined his own international tour. Thankfully for fans, he’s also found time to get back into the studio.
“My third album, Chuck Timely & The Hourglass, is out august 7th. the first single, High Hopes 3000, is out june 3rd at 9 am. oooh i can’t wait, you must pre-order now,” Pillsbury wrote in an Instagram caption.
He also shared a snippet of the single earlier this week through his Chuck Timely accounts. Thousands of fans have already used the sound in their own TikToks, expressing excitement for the upcoming album and creating Western-inspired mood boards in anticipation of the release.
In the new audio clip, Pillsbury seemingly builds on the folksy, self-deprecating tone he established on Kansas Anymore tracks “Something, Somehow, Someday” and “Scumbag”—but this time, his sound is distinctly more upbeat.
“High hopes, lord knows I could use ‘em, I know Imma lose ‘em when the wheels fall off,” he sings cheerfully.
Signed vinyl and CDs of Chuck Timely & The Hourglass quickly sold out on the artist’s official website, but new merchandise and vinyl variants are still available to pre-order.
