The Whitney Art Party has graced 2020 with its annual fundraiser. New, memorable, and familiar faces appeared on the museum’s blue carpet this season. Among the attendees were Julia Fox, Kate Walsh, and Katie Holmes who shared an intimate evening co-chaired by Olivia Palermo, Michael Carl, Micaela Erlanger, and Jamian Juliano-Villani. 

Brooklyn vocalist, Zsela, provided entertainment as she serenaded guests and naturally Mc’d the crowd over dinner. As post-dinner party goers moved downstairs, DJs began to show off their artistic skills. Okay Kaya, Dizzy Fae, and SHYBOI brought youth to the afterparty, as guests wined and dined under a neon lit installation. Instagram worthy pictures were snapped throughout Whitney’s permanent exhibit and contemporary collections. Among those included were Darren Bader, whose untitled installation displayed fruits and vegetables formally on pedestals. Rather than disposing of the fresh produce, an edible salad was chopped and curated for guests to enjoy!
