The music video of Sam Smith and Normani’s collaboration single “Dancing With A Stranger” is out, showcasing the artists’ smooth vocals pouring over the video’s haunting visuals.

Earlier this morning, V111 cover star Sam Smith tweeted an announcement of the release and credited British director Vaughan Arnell, who has directed music videos for One Direction and Jamiroquai. Sam Smith dropped the single as the first of his music for the new year, and is nominated for a possible fourth time BRIT Awards win as British Male Solo Artist.

Normani makes a powerful entrance in the second verse of the video with her sharp dance moves, leading to fans clamoring over her presence. Normani, nominated for iHeartRadio Music Awards’ Best Solo Breakout, also prepares for her debut solo album anticipated to be released later this year. Her past collaborations include tracks with Calvin Harris, 6LACK, and the double platinum single “Love Lies” with Khalid. Normani’s streak continues as she is set to perform with Ariana Grande on the North American leg of her Sweetener World Tour this March.
