Evolution and expression intertwine in Season 2 of Heron Preston for Calvin Klein, building upon the vocabulary of each iconic label to fuse two American icons. As a creative consultant for the collection, Heron Preston’s vision of elevated streetwear and staple essentials is worked through Calvin Klein’s contemporary codes and signature pieces, from elasticated underwear to denim jackets.

A palette of dynamic, subdued winter hues and sunny, bright spring colors makes up the core of the collection, with classic styles in blue, chalk. white. black, pale yellow, bright sunflower, brown and light grey. Heron Preston for Calvin Klein is a collection for everybody—whatever colors one prefers, whatever fit, whatever texture, everything is at the ready, sustainably made and strikingly simple. 

The iconic Heron Preston orange is threaded into most pieces, or overlaid on the Calvin Klein logo elsewhere. Basics are turned luxury, tailored to the body or comfortably oversized in pieces both unisex, such as thermal-wear and denim jackets, and not, like the pale yellow, soft-as-butter bike shorts and cardigan set.

Like the color palette, texture gets a broad spectrum—soft cotton and thick denim made of recycled water bottles are undeniably core to Calvin Klein’s house codes, a fusion between comfort and style. Pieces are meant to be mixed, matched, layered, had fun with; from Calvin Klein’s iconic bralettes and underwear, the collection builds to the outside of the body, covering top and bottom. Tees, tanks, sweaters are followed by denim jackets, thick puffers, caps—an entire wardrobe is presented in Season Two, one that wants for nothing else.

The entirety of the collection is sustainably sourced, from straight-legged French terry joggers to lined shirt jackets and puffers. Heron Preston puts a timeless spin on Calvin Klein, creating a collection versatile and stunning, simple and essential.

“For fall, it was about introducing new materials and dissected, timeless essentials that are interesting,” said Preston. “We thought about how Calvin Klein shows up in the world, in a modern way. What I love most about Season 2 is the versatility of each piece and the different styling options through the layering that we designed into the collection.”
