Shawn Mendes Is Hosting A Virtual Benefit Concert
Watch the singer perform his latest album “Wonder.”
We are only days away from the release of Shawn Mendes’ album “Wonder,” set to drop on Dec. 4. He recently partnered with Netflix to produce a documentary, named “In Wonder” after the upcoming album, that chronicled his superstar lifestyle. In preparation for his latest music release, Mendes has also been taking his new songs on the road as part of “The Wonder Residencies,” which included performances on The Tonight Show and in BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge. His final stop is “Wonder: The Experience,” a virtual benefit concert hosted by American Express.
The show, the last in American Express’ “UNSTAGED” series, will take place on Dec. 6, and is free for all to view, unless you’d like to make an optional donation to the Shawn Mendes Foundation, a sponsored program of the Social Impact Fund. Mendes’ foundation seeks to inspire young fans to learn about social causes, with emphasis placed on sustainability, anti-bullying, and other areas.
There are also exclusive packages available to American Express cardholders that feature additional goods like posters, t-shirts, behind-the-scenes content, and even virtual meet-and-greets with the singer. A portion of the profits from each ticket package sold will go to Mendes’ foundation.
