SPHERE Returns To Paris Fashion Week
Emerging designers are recognized and celebrated in this quarterly showroom
Celebrating one year since its conception, SPHERE returned to Paris Fashion Week this year, held from Jan. 19 to Jan. 23rd. In collaboration with the The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode and supported by LE DEFI and L’Oréal Paris, the showroom features emerging designers, recognizing their originality and contributions to the industry and supporting their economic and commercial development. This years showroom featured menswear and unisex and consisted of seven designers—Arturo Obegero, Egonlab, LGN, Lukhanyo Mdingi, Rier, Uniforme, and Valette Studio—all on the official Paris Fashion Week calendar, and took place at the Palais de Tokyo. SPHERE is presented four times a year, also available as a digital platform, and mixes French with international brands. It is designed to create discussion around up-and-coming brands, as the showroom itself does not receive commission but provides featured artists with shoots, trainings, and promotion to the press and international buyers.
