A silent roar of change and the name of one enigmatic designer has been reverberating amongst the fashion set since the start of Fashion Month, leading up to Simon Porte showing the FW18 collection of Jacquemus and his mix of inventive tailoring and sweater dressing.

Over the course of several seasons, the Paris fashion darling has risen in the ranks with his charm, confidence, and knack for taking bold risks—all without the backing of the city’s fashion supergroups. Perched atop the Petit Palais in France, Jacquemus put on an epic sensual show with a beautiful all-inclusive cast of models that donned second-skin knits, free-flowing jumpsuits, slinky slip dresses, teeny t-shirts, and posh pint-size bags.

Inspired by the serene beauty of Morocco, Jacquemus took purveyors on a sensory-enthralling tour that encapsulated the subtle simplicity of his “warm winter” collection. Click through to see the Moroccan-inspired collection in full.
