Target’s New Designer Collection Features Christopher John Rogers, ALEXIS, and RIXO
The Designer Dress Collection aims to spotlight the future of fashion
Target carries forward its annual designer capsule collection with emerging designers with this year’s Designer Dress Capsule. For this year’s collection, Target will be collaborating with Christopher John Rogers, ALEXIS, and RIXO.
The limited edition collection is described as being inspired by “the joy of self expression,” showcasing each individual designer’s personal styles while embracing a commonality of bright colors. Rogers’ emphasis of individualistic style and a sense of self, Alexis Barbara Isaias’ vision for ALEXIS of a feminine sophistication, and Henrietta Rix and Orlagh McCloskey’s love for vintage design and art come together in a line that veers on the ultra-feminine and poppy, using patterns and flowy silhouettes to enhance their appeal.

The line will be Target’s most size-inclusive yet, coming in sizes ranging from XXS to 4X. There will be 70 styles of dresses available, all ranging from $40 to $60. Target’s designer collections present a chance for the general masses to fully experience the work of luxurious major label designers in a much more accessible way, even beyond their other fashion ventures over the past 20 years.
The exclusive collection will be available this Spring on Target.com and select Target stores, where availability may vary.
