This weekend, outraged Americans from Alabama to LA gathered in their respective cities to protest the separation of immigrant children from their families as a result of the Trump administration's zero tolerance policy. Though the President has since filed an executive order to prevent separation, most of the previously divided families have yet to be reunited. To make matters worse, the Federal government seems to have no intentions of bringing detained children back to their families (Melania's infamous Zara jacket only fanned the flames). Put shortly, millions are still angry, and for good reason.
Everyone could have easily stayed home and sulked, but last weekend's "Families Belong Together" rallies gave them an outlet through which to channel their fury. Check out our favorite homemade signs from the demonstrations below.
