The Big Apple’s Most Exclusive Bacchanal
Bring in the new year in style at The McKittrick Hotel’s “Midnight Ball”
At the stroke of midnight, one Manhattan venue transforms into an escapist fantasy world. Underneath the sparkle of glittering chandeliers and raining confetti, revelers usher in the new year at McKittrick Hotel’s one-night only soiree, The Midnight Ball. This Saturday, December 31st, the opulent spectacle of bright lights and camp performances will invite attendees to relish in 2023’s renewed freedom. Described as a “kaleidoscope of decadence” by creative director, Croydon Leo, the exclusive celebration opens its doors to partygoers at 9:30 PM for timed ticketed entry until 11 PM. Late night entry kicks off at half-past midnight.
Slink past the doorman into the luxe halls of Chelsea’s McKittrick Hotel. Don’t be fooled by its name: no sleeping will occur within the revelry of this immersive theatrical experience. At 6 PM, before ball-goers arrive, the venue will feature an iconic performance of Sleep No More, the venue’s acclaimed adaptation of Shakespeare’s Macbeth. Audience members are transported into the tale, moving freely amongst cast members in a self-paced journey. At 8 PM, attendees are invited to the eye-catching magic of At the Illusionist’s Table before the bacchanal begins. Coined New York’s best New Year’s Eve event, The Midnight Ball is the ultimate celebration of extravagance.
