Following its debut on the Fall-Winter 2019/20 Ready-to-Wear runway show created by Karl Lagerfeld and Virginie Viard, the Chanel 19 handbag is already a classic. The name, after all, is a reference to the 2.55 bag, which was made in 1955 by Mademoiselle Chanel, hence the bag’s title being the year of its creation.
