At its most meaningful, fashion isn’t just about meeting needs. It’s a reflection of identity, self-expression, and the quiet power dynamics of dressing.
Designing is an act of love, but dressing can sometimes feel like an act of approval. Daniel Roseberry rejects that idea entirely. “The women I admire don’t dress for men,” he says, and this collection is built around that mindset. Every piece is about independence, confidence, and dressing on your own terms.

Drawing from his Texas heritage, Roseberry gives classic Western elements a new edge. Cowboy boots, shearling collars, and tooled leather are all here, but with a twist. Trompe-l’œil details add a surreal touch, making everything feel slightly offbeat, as if these pieces exist in an altered version of the West rather than reality.
It’s fitting since Western culture has always been as much about mythology as it is about history.

In describing the process, Roseberry explains, “I’ve spent the past few months speaking less and listening more. I wanted to make things that can inspire, and that can never be replicated by fast fashion. The women in my life are lone stars—there’s no one else like them, and there could never be. I hope they, and all women, feel the same about these clothes.”
Throughout the collection, he explores structure and proportion by showcasing sharply tailored jackets, dresses that exaggerate volume, and sleek silhouettes designed to conceal larger ones.

Texture plays a defining role in this collection, with embossed velvet and intricately worked jacquards in deep blacks, rich browns, bronzed metallics, and electric blues. Contrast is central, matte fabrics enhanced by metallic finishes, rigid tailoring softened by fluid draping. Accessories follow the same—structured bags, belts that exaggerate classic Western motifs with oversized proportions and intricate detailing. Feathers pressed into leather, sculpted gold hardware, and layered buckles refine each look, reinforcing Schiaparelli’s unmistakable signature.

In a time when personal style is often filtered through algorithms and mass appeal, Schiaparelli F/W 2025 contradicts the idea of fashion as a formula but as a means of self-expression and defining individuality.
