Working within a heritage so firmly established required calibration, and the collection refined familiar codes through proportion, fabrication, and surface instead of pursuing visible rupture.

A palette centered largely on browns, spanning espresso, saddle, tobacco, and burnished earth tones, reinforced this restraint by directing attention toward construction. Silhouette brought comparable clarity: elongated lines established continuity while shorter hems introduced variation without disturbing composure, and trousers shifted from narrow to expansive in a controlled manner.

Fabric choices further articulated this intent. Donegal tweed was recut into body-contouring forms, distancing it from its traditional associations, while cashmere conveyed tactility without excess softness. Outerwear stood among the collection’s most resolved elements, with double-breasted coats supplying architectural definition as pebble-textured leather and intentionally undone jackets relaxed the line. A distressed leather piece shown alongside leopard-print shearling suggested that practicality and visual presence were not opposing impulses but compatible ones.

Texture operated as a structural with tweeds, velvets, jacquards, and shearling creating depth across the surface. Feather motifs, silk velvet, and mesh engineered to resemble chainmail introduced contrast without unsettling the collection’s composure, while artisanal techniques ranging from leather appliqué to glass-bead fringe emphasized workmanship. Riding boots grounded the wardrobe in utility as structured bags provided a measured sense of polish.
