The Valentino Garavani Rockstud Pumps return for Pre-Fall 2026 under the direction of Alessandro Michele. Since its debut over a decade ago, the Rockstud has become one of the Maison’s defining visual codes.

Recognizable for its cage-like construction and signature pyramid studs, creative director Alessandro Michele’s interpretation preserves the unmistakable silhouette of the original. The sharp straps frame the foot almost like jewelry, while the studs transform a once maximalist statement into something with a more distilled glamour.

The updated pumps introduce chiseled point-toe silhouettes, metallic platinum finishes, and Valentino’s unmistakable red insoles, reinforcing the tension between elegance and edge that has always defined the line. Available in both 100 mm and 40 mm heel heights, the new Valentino Garavani Rockstud pumps arrive in a palette that moves from classic neutrals to bright shades of green and light blue.

But the family doesn’t stop there: strappy sandals and flats join the lineup too, expanding the Rockstud universe with the same sense of “measured irreverence” that has long defined the house’s signature studded codes. The additions push the line beyond occasion dressing and further into everyday wear, translating the glamour of the original pump into silhouettes that are more relaxed.
