There was a time when the most anticipated night of the year wasn’t about trophies or touchdowns. It was about wings. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was a ritual, a televised ceremony with the cultural reach of the Super Bowl, only dipped in glitter and wrapped in chiffon. For millions, it was a fantasy seen from our living rooms around the world.
You’d sit there, waiting for the lights to dim, the music to hit, and the models to emerge like celestial beings. The whole thing was over the top—the feathers, the crystals, the slow-motion walks—but that was the beauty of it. It made you dream a little bigger. Each edition had its own theme, live performance, and new faces. The Angels were icons, symbols of a kind of hyper-feminine power that defined an era. You knew their names, followed their friendships, mimicked their hair, their glow, their strut.

Now, in 2025, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is walking a very different runway under the creative direction of Adam Selman. Strutting down the runway were familiar faces like Alessandra Ambrosio, Bella Hadid, Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Doutzen Kroes, and Jasmine Tookes, who made history as the first Victoria’s Secret Angel to walk the runway while pregnant. Together, they shared the spotlight with a new generation: Amelia Gray, Alex Consani, Anok Yai, Adut Akech, Imaan Hammam, Angelina Kendall, among others.
For performances, we witnessed an all-female lineup featuring Missy Elliott, Karol G, TWICE, and Madison Beer.
