Thom Browne & Bose Team Up to Unveil new Headphone Collaboration

First teased during the Fall 2026 show in San Francisco, the collaboration features custom-designed Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones
It is no secret that fashion loves a good collaboration. From last year’s iPhone Pocket by Issey Miyake x Apple to the JW Anderson x Guinness crossover, ranging from $270–$1,770 a piece, fashion is increasingly defining the objects that shape our daily lives, and luxury houses keep finding creative ways to do so.
Enter: Thom Browne, the American luxury fashion house known for redefining classic tailoring with its signature gray suits, undeniable craftsmanship, and red-white-blue grosgrain stripes, who has just unveiled its reinterpretation of Bose’s signature QuietComfort Ultra Headphones. Crafted with Italian cashmere, the headphones are finished with Browne’s signature grosgrain trim inside the earcups, while the brand’s consistent four-bar motif wraps around the exterior.

The partnership hit the runway during Thom Browne’s Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear show on February 6, 2026, in San Francisco, with models wearing the product as a defining accessory of their look. Captured by photographer Robbie Lawrence, who also shot the Thom Browne Fall ’26 Campaign with the Bose headphones as a centerpiece, cementing their place as more than a technical device but as a part of Thom Browne’s visual world.
“The best collaborations happen when two distinct creative perspectives come together and push each other somewhere new. What I love about this collaboration is that Thom didn’t simply design around our headphones. Our teams worked together to reimagine the product through his perspective on materials and style, creating a stunning headphone that connects you to your music while delivering everything people expect from Bose.”
Jim Mollica, President, Luxury Consumer Audio & Chief Marketing Officer at Bose

While fashion and product collaborations are becoming ever more predictable and formulaic, this alliance of tailoring and sound is a masterclass in strengthening brand equity while creating a purposeful and aligned product design. Bose gains access to an untapped, fashion-forward customer segment, while Browne reinforces its position as a fashion house at the forefront of technological innovation by leveraging the audio company’s industry-leading expertise in sound engineering. The product reaffirms that function and aesthetics can and should work in tandem, and when two leading brands come together to deliver this collaboration, the results are worth taking note of.

The Bose x Thom Browne Quiet Comfort Ultra Headphones will be available for pre-order on Bose.com for $950 beginning September 24.
