On a crisp winter evening, in the heart of a New York winter, where every snowflake carries a story and every twinkling light whispers of holiday magic, a select group of guests gathered at Tiffany & Co.’s storied Fifth Avenue flagship to celebrate the holidays.
The buzzing promise of festive cheer bubbled over as the evening’s magic unfolded at The Landmark.
Light snow flurries danced in the air outside and guests were greeted by the soft glow of the magnificent Fifth Avenue snowflake with its Tiffany Blue® lights casting a serene illumination that gently softened the chill of the night.
Inside and among the crowd were Lauren Santo Domingo, Sabine Getty, Georgia Fowler, and Olivia Wilde –a cherished Friend of the House and the visionary behind Don’t Worry Darling. Wilde was selected to illuminate Tiffany’s breathtaking Bird on a Rock installation.
The installation reflects the Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany Bird on a Rock broach which first appeared in 1965. In 2023, the jewelry house unveiled the first official Bird on a Rock collection which features broaches, rings, earrings, necklaces, and pendants, with the diamond bird in different poses and flight stances. The collection is a call back to the treasured memories and the timeless traditions that have been lovingly cultivated over Tiffany & Co.’s remarkable 187-year history.
One notable piece in the collection commemorates the flagship’s reopening last year, featuring five birds elegantly flocked around a central diamond.
The Bird on a Rock installation sits inside the Landmark along with the window displays which will be up for the rest of the holiday, for all to enjoy.
