A​ $40 million beauty brand, Tiffany bootstrapped herself with $500. Hollywood Hair Bar sells its products across multiple platforms and has garnered a considerable following due to its authentic and magnetic approach. “Our brand is 100% organic and has shown to deliver proven results in as little as 1-2 weeks,” says Tiffany. “Black women have been underserved in the beauty industry for far too long, particularly when it comes to hair, and I jumped on the need to supply natural products that work to women worldwide looking for a solution.”

Once a celebrity stylist and costume designer, Tiffany Rose Dean took upon her experience to build a business from the ground up. Known for being hardworking and tenacious, Tiffany took a particular interest in catering to a specific clientele. “Niche work is tough, but it is so much more rewarding,” explains Tiffany. “When you commit your focus to a specific niche, you make a much larger impact on audiences who need it the most.”
