If there’s one thing Haider Ackermann has always been proficient in, it’s his unparalleled study of character. Now mastering the art of seduction through his design approach at Tom Ford, the designer reveals the house’s latest Autumn/Winter 2026 campaign. Starring modeling forces Liu Wen, Paolo Grebic, Mila Van Eeten, Aluel Makuach, Scott Barnhill, Benjamin Orlan, Ardi H, Kristen McMenamy, Malick Bodian, and Alfredo Ramirez, the group gets photographed by Stuart Winecoff.

In a presentation of individual identity, the latest collection goes on display against a stark white background. With nowhere to hide, one must stand proud. “Come as you are. Opposites that attract,” says Ackermann in a statement. “Underneath, a tension. I wanted the images to be pure and direct, stark but trembling with human substance, therefore, it’s just the camera and the subject, no theatrics or props needed. What these personas wear is who they are.”

In a stripped back and unfiltered version, these personas take on a new essence. What was once sensual and indulgent is now raw and real. The camera chapters their presence without distraction. The focus instead lies on the clothes, all classically Tom Ford. The suits have exaggerated shoulders and sharp collars. A sexy black heel has a dangerously sharp stiletto. A blouse has a tie neck and buttons that elevate it from boringly simple to tastefully elegant. In true Tom Ford fashion, the collection is a statement of expertise and a delicious sampling of the larger collection to come.
