America’s own U.S. SailGP sailing team is officially repping red, white, and blue in more ways than one. Tommy Hilfiger’s newest capsule takes on the team as a collaborator for a sport-ready collection to be worn on the rockiest waters, at the fastest speeds, and in the most luxurious destinations.

Technical and nautical, the collection seamlessly blends SailGP’s expertise in high-performance sport and Tommy Hilfiger’s understanding of modern fashion. Athletics is no new feat to the American brand. Since the establishment of the founder-initialed logo, taking inspiration from maritime signal flags, sailing has been a part of the Hilfiger legacy. “As one of the newest and most dynamic sports on the global stage, SailGP is redefining sailing with speed, athleticism, and style,” says Tommy Hilfiger, “and we’re excited to join a race that feels very authentic to us.”

Tommy Hilfiger first announced their pairing with the team in 2024 as the Official Lifestyle Apparel Partner of the U.S. SailGP Team. “When we started exploring the idea of a fashion sponsor, he was the only name on our list,” says Mike Buckley, CEO and co-owner of the U.S. SailGP Team. “Tommy immediately saw the potential of SailGP as more than just a sport, but as a cultural movement. This collection is a testament to what’s possible when you dream big and never give up.”
