We didn’t need more affirmation that Tyler, The Creator is a fashion icon in his own right, but his new collaboration with Louis Vuitton further solidifies it. Long-time friends with Pharrell Williams, Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Creative Director, the two have combined forces to bring the ultimate capsule collection for the spring season. 

Although they had never collaborated on fashion before, their creative synergy has been demonstrated through various musical projects, such as Tyler’s “IFHY” in 2013 and Williams’ “Cash in Cash Out” in 2022. The fashion house describes the collection as “a fusion of the signature preppy sophistication popularized by the artist with the elegant dandy dressing established by Pharrell Williams.”  Tyler personally describes the collection as wanting “​​to mix my style and Louis Vuitton codes together in a way that felt slightly whimsical but could still be worn to the gas station on a Tuesday,” in his announcement on Instagram. 

The collection features a range of refined yet casual pieces, including jackets in chocolate and vanilla tones, denim sets, and a standout leather varsity jacket with embroidered logos. Collegiate-inspired knitwear, preppy blouses, and jacquard cardigans blend sophistication with casual style. In essence, the collection exudes a blend of golf-inspired sophistication with a touch of preppy flair, all infused with a hipster edge.

The Spring 2024 Men’s capsule collection by Tyler, the Creator will be available globally on  March 21st.
