On the throne of Korean Pop music sits Lisa Manoban, a starlet rapper and master dancer of the all-girl group Blackpink. A woman of many talents, the “Kill This Love” vocalist constantly discovers new outlets for her creative explorationsmost recently through a proclaimed appreciation for high-fashion designer collections, Hedi Slimane’s Celine collection, to be exact. After attending Celine’s runway presentation at Paris Men’s Fashion Week in June, Lisa visited the French fashion house’s Rue Vivienne headquarters where she slipped into a few of her favorite pieces from the Winter 2019 collection.

For her first look, the K-pop sensation tucked an elegant black top into a pair of bright blue jeans and completed the set with a sharply-crafted knee-high boot. Ascending the historical grand staircase of the 17th-century office, Lisa gracefully possesses the refined aura of simplicity within Hedi Slimane’s designs. In the forthcoming imagery, the chic rapper pairs a sparkling black top with a long grey skirt, serving us minimal luxury at the top of the steps. Standing before a grand doorway at the platform, Lisa steps out in the timeless LBD, an essential of Celine’s extensive range. Matched with black heels and exposed white socks, the clear integrity of this coordination reigns supreme.

Reflecting her royalty status among K-Pop creatives, each of Lisa’s stunning Hedi Slimane ensembles showcases the continual evolution of her personal style. As she continues to break records with her iconic girl group and as her star power continues to strengthen, Lisa is surely honing in on a recognizable look with her outward appreciation for Celine. Each of the pieces from her visit to the headquarters is now available online and in-stores as part of Celine’s Winter collection. Take a look at the picture proof of her trip to the Rue Vivienne headquarters below.
