Reimagine V125 With Artist Remix Edition

A collaboration with Double Dutch and artists worldwide.

During quarantine this year, photographers Inez and Vinoodh refocused their creative energy into building a new business. The Dutch duo are now making gifting money more fashionable and sustainable with Double Dutch, an all cash-zero trash platform launching this fall.

To celebrate, today we’re launching a limited edition box set of Inez and Vinoodh’s 15 model covers for V125. The new issues feature remixed versions of the duo’s original photography from 15 diverse artists from around the world, with these emerging creatives hailing from locations as disparate as Zinacantepec, Mexico to Islamabad, Pakistan. The remixed V125 Special Artist Editions will feature an innovative antibacterial laminate, the newest technology in print media, courtesy of Grafiche Milani. In addition, the new imagery of select models will be used for exclusive artwork for Double Dutch’s digital gift cards.

Unlike other gifting platforms, Double Dutch has sustainability as a core principle. After receiving many superfluous presents over the years, Inez recognized that we need to change gifting culture — often, cash will suffice. Moreover, billions of dollars worth of unwanted holiday gifts end up in landfills every year. The revenue made from the app will be split 50/50 with contributing artists or redirected towards a charity of the artist’s choice. With worthy goals and an eco-friendly mission, it’s a win for both the gifter and giftee, as well as the wider world.

V is thrilled to partner with Double Dutch on these unique editions, which unite art, fashion, and social consciousness,in a true testament to the power of collaboration.

Only 33 box sets including all 15 remixed covers are available to order now.
