When the scorching heat and humidity of summer settle over New York City, the elite denizens seek refuge from the concrete jungle and escape to the ocean breeze of the Hamptons. Desperate for escape, Italian fashion house, Valentino, had the same notion for their Valentino Escape 2023 capsule collection. 

The unveiling of the collection took place amidst a gathering of esteemed friends and loyal patrons of Valentino, hosted at the home of Maria and Ken Fishel in Bridgehampton. Amidst the mingling, the guests, including Emma Roberts, Candance Bushnell, Coco Bassey, and Sarah Hoover, posed under the “Escape the Ordinary” beach cabins.

As the guests arrived, they were transported to a mock Italian Riviera, complete with classic red and white sunbeds, umbrellas, lemon trees, and a beach cabin. The coastal escape treated the guests to cocktails by the pool, while indulging in an exclusive shopping experience. Followed by a seated lunch in the backyard. 

Valentino’s Escape 2023 capsule collection is a curation of reimagined archival and emblematic pieces, featuring motifs such as the house’s Valentino Panther print. The House transcends its iconic prints, most notably with the hypnotic Valentino Loop print that features a spectrum of vibrant hues—that can’t help but look like elevated tie-dye.

With an eclectic array of patterns, the weightless caftans, breathable mini dresses, and beachwear in Valentino’s Escape 2023 capsule collection strive to elevate seemingly effortless vacation looks into moments that leave a lasting impression.
