This fall/winter 2024 season, things are looking to be a lot more dazzling, as Creative & Image Director of Dior Makeup Peter Philips celebrates Dior Beauty’s ‘Plan de Paris’ collection.

Captured in the pages of our celebratory 150th issue of V, Philips demonstrates the power of the new limited edition range of makeup, which includes four new limited shades of Rouge Dior (each with an engraved lipstick bullet), a special Dior Addict couture lipstick case with the ‘Map of Paris’ motif, four new shades of Dior Vernis nail polish, and the Diorshow Five Couleurs eyeshadow palette in four limited edition colorways.

Capturing the magic of the French capital with a day-to-night approach, ‘Plan de Paris’ (which translates to Map of Paris, en anglais) honors its history with Mr. Christian Dior from rue de Faubourg Saint-Honoré where Dior found his “lucky star” that has become an important symbol for the house to 30 Avenue Montaigne where his couture house notably resides. The special ‘Plan de Paris’ pattern seen from the lipstick case to the eyeshadow sleeve takes inspiration from an archive silk scarf from the ’50s, as the design displays historic sites that connect the city with the maison.
