2021 VMA’s Best Dressed List
We were also looking at Megan Fox, respectfully.
The VMA’s finally made its in-person comeback last night, with performances from Kacey Musgraves, Olivia Rodrigo and Chlöe Bailey. But what we missed the most was the glitz and glam that comes with the red carpet. From leather dresses to feather ensembles, here are some of our favorite looks from music’s biggest night.
Normani
Assignment? Understood. Normani stuns in a white two-piece Patrycja Pagas assemble before her performance with Teyana Taylor.
Olivia Rodrigo
Olivia Rodrigo continues to embody pop-punk with this hot pink Atelier Versace gown, that is pretty much every person’s dream.
Megan Fox
When I tell you I am obsessed with Megan Fox, I am genuinely obsessed with Megan Fox. Fox was seen in a wet-inspired Mugler dress that we all need in our closets ASAP.
Ciara
This is the kind of dress I will forever think about. Ciara wears a lace Tom Ford gown with velvet details.
Halle Bailey
We can’t get enough of the Bailey sisters, and even more so with this cutout Mônot gown worn by Halle Bailey.
Madison Beer
Anyone else still emotional about ”Reckless”? Because I am. Madison Beers pays homage to Beyonce’s 2003 Dolce & Gabbana lace up dress.
Kacey Musgraves
Just a day after releasing her album, star-crossed, Kacey Musgraves wears a statement Valentino feather head-piece and purple dress.
Doja Cat
Quickly signing a petition for Doja Cat to host the VMAs every year, that way we can have an excuse to see all of her iconic looks. The host wears Vivienne Westwood on the red carpet.
Anitta
I love seeing my fellow Latinas on the red carpet. Being the first Brazilian artist at the VMAS, Anitta wears a custom Miss Sohee crystal and velvet gown.
Saweetie
I still am not over this look, and I know the Internet isn’t either. Saweetie glows in a silver Valentino gown.
