Jorja Smith's star is shining bright, and the video for her most recent single "Blue Lights" proves just that—even if she's not actually in it. The new visual captures her childhood through a vintage black-and-white lens, the R&B artist giving an intimate glimpse at her roots before her star truly bursts. The video was shot in Smith's hometown of Walsall, in the English midlands, and highlights some sentimental places in her life, including the park she grew up going to and the restaurant she played her first ever show in.

Paying tribute to her home even further, the clip also features cameos from local artists Myst, Jaykae, Preditah, and Mike Skinner, and perhaps most significantly, an appearance from her own father. Smith's debut album Lost and Found will be released on June 8. Watch the video below.
